Observation

During the onsite visit, a drawer in the lunch room accessible to children contained plastic bags. During the onsite visit, the theromostate was not working and the licensor felt the tempature of the room was very cold and not able to verify the tempature was 68 degrees. During the onsite visit, the licensor observed an electrical outlet in the lunch room that was not tamper resistant or covered.
